On WhatsApp they're verified automatically; in Zelvo Chat they enter a 7-digit code based on their checkout date and property number. Once verified they can ask anything — WiFi, door code, key safe code, directions, house rules, local tips — and get an instant answer. No app, no account, no email required from them.

Zelvo only ever answers from the property information you provide. If something isn't in your property profile, it says so clearly — "I don't have that information, please contact your host directly" — and gives your emergency contact number. It never guesses or invents an answer. Zero hallucination is a core design principle, not a feature.

Yes — you have access to an admin dashboard where you can update WiFi passwords, door codes, house rules, or any other property detail at any time. Changes go live in seconds. No need to contact us for routine updates.

Yes. Zelvo syncs via iCal — a standard calendar format supported by every major channel manager including Guesty, Lodgify, Hostaway, and Smoobu. Your channel manager almost certainly has an iCal export URL already. We'll walk you through finding it in your onboarding email, and it takes under two minutes.

Every Zelvo property has a physical NFC + QR card on arrival. Guests without WhatsApp simply tap or scan the card and use Zelvo Chat instead — opens in any browser, no app required. For guests who don't engage digitally at all, they'll message the landlord directly as they do now — so nothing gets worse.

Yes. The card itself contains no sensitive information — it's just a Zelvo URL. Tapping it loads a landing page that asks the guest to verify before sharing any property details. Anyone tapping without an active booking is politely refused. The door code, WiFi password and all property data only ever appear after successful verification.

Yes — the same product, the same guest experience. Zelvo connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo via Channex (an official OTA partner). Direct bookings from your own website connect via standard iCal — supported by every major platform. Either way, the guest experience and your dashboard are identical.

Yes. Each guest session is completely isolated — no guest can ever see another guest's information. We are fully compliant with UK GDPR 2026 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Guest data is retained for a minimum of 12 months as required by the UK Immigration Order, then permanently deleted. We never sell data to any third party.

Most landlords are live within 24 hours of completing their onboarding form. You fill in one form with your property details — WiFi, door code, house rules, parking, emergency contact — and we handle the configuration. Nothing technical is required from your side.

Yes. No annual contracts, no lock-in. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice to support@zelvo.co.uk. Your account will remain active for the 30-day notice period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
